Splitting a big block and a separate land parcels?
I inherited a lot of 8 houses on it, but it is a large lot. I prefer to sell them individually, but to do what I had to separate the land into separate parcels. Does someone knows how long and dificult process is?
Oh, this could be an ugly process and it will not be cheap. There could be a host of problems with your local jurisdiction to deal with. Your first call should be to schedule service, ask about the regulations for subdividing this, how much it costs and what steps you must take. How it works vary considerably by region.
