How are different sizes of regular cowboy boot sizes?
Hey everyone. I'll buy boots cowboy. I wondered how cowboy sizes were different sizes of shoes. I bought my last pair a size smaller than my shoe. I where 8 in Women's .. So do you think I should get a 7 in boots? Thank you very much.
GET It is complicated, but everything starts with: There is no difference size between the boots and shoes. They are all built their own proprietary "lasts" (foot mold), and no two vendors use the even "hard". However, you should be measured on a Brannock device, and use it as a starting point. If you love boot-toes closer then you * might * need a Size 1 / 2 larger than what you measure. A high arch / instep can do the same thing. People usually get a shoe that is too large, as they are tightening laces, because no sales staff is there to help their size and because some brands shoes are built on small hard. Boots are more demanding of a good fit because there are no laces to help you adjust the fit. The arch of the sole is the only thing that holds your foot, so boots need to fit more hugs as shoes.
