Okay folks listening today, I have an interesting question for you.
Hands up those who can count five times the music "The greatest historical and technological innovations?
Surely there would be the usual suspects, the Beatles, Elvis Rolling Stones Motown, possibly, Brit Pop even and who could forget the great scam rock n 'roll of the 70s that was the Sex Pistols but what about searching a little behind the scenes?
OK, cue drum roll time, suggested to the inventor of Acoustic foam!
Now, it's a bit a trick question in many ways such as rubber foam has been around in a number of different forms and has actually been around for a some time.
Now I know most people at this point will think the boy has completely lost the plot, what on earth is he banging on about and what is the relationship between the foam and music?
Now the logic behind this inspired line of thought goes along the line, no matter who you are and what you have, you would never use the maximum if you suffer from sleep deprivation permanent.
OK, joking aside, this argument has a logic and much more substance to what you would normally think so in the whole pantheon of "musical comedy" Rock 'n roll, etc. Fame and acoustic foam can be initially a rank up there with other developments such as the Marshall amplification, registrars, etc. SSL but there is not a recording studio anywhere in the world who do not have acoustic foam jammed in every corner, corners and cracks
So, again, suggests to Acoustic Foam?
The bottom line here is that it does not depend on your music is good, how talented the band or singers are, if you can not save your music to people then you might as well not be there.
As I said at this point, enter stage left, Acoustic Foam.
Most recording studios in the world are located in certain forms of urban location. OK I know it are exceptions that prove the rule so as Compass Point, Nassau, formerly held by George Martin in Montserrat before the volcano kindly made them move (the proof if ever it was necessary that the foam can not solve everything) and Virgins Manor Studios but by and large most studios are located in the mist of the expansion urban.
Take London for example, you have Air Studios in Oxford Street, you used to have (if still there) Virgin Studios Townhouse in Goldhawk Road and of course EMI Grand Old Lady of them all, Abbey Road Studios in … .. Abbey Road.
Now, how long do you these places would have lasted if they had finally managed to disturb the neighbors? Approximately five minutes I think I know a few neighbors that these places are and if noise reduction is up there with a decent recording deck.
So friends, if you've finished laughing. I bet it will foam sound that makes the most of the systems to reduce internal noise is quite vital?
