It may be the case that the packaging of your wedding favors can cost as much, sometimes more than the same favors. But by doing your own packing, you will not only save money but go a long way to making your wedding favors very unique indeed.
Much has been writing about making your favors, but not so much when it comes to packaging. However, manufacture of bags and boxes can be so much more easier than doing it yourself favors. You also have total control over the colors, decorations and other details that may not be available to you when buying loan packaging.

For a model of good quality, then you should go to a craft store or search online. These models will normally come in a range of sizes and models that allow you to perform many types of box, bag, etc. They will be printed on acrylic and precision laser cut precisely, they are a model that fold every time in perfect form – which is not always the case with models that you yourself cut.
If you are a passionate craftsman already then you will probably already aware of the various cutting machines available on market. These machines use precision cutting dies to cut shapes from paper, card and many other subjects. Machines such as the Sizzix Big Shot will cut the box and bag models and dies you can buy in many different designs to make your boxes and bags for clean. They will also cut off tags, mini envelopes and many, many other fantastic shapes and designs that you can use to decorate your favors.
These machines can be expensive, although you may be able to catch a second at a great price from sites like eBay. The advantage of having one is that you can cut Boxes Etc much faster than you can in hand and they will be accurate every time. Having a machine that also means you can cut everything you need for your favors, such as labels, tags, etc. A lot cheaper than you can buy ready-made, which means that investment necessary for the machine is worth on the savings you make. Make sure you can cut container large enough for your favors first!
